Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, law, or related field (advanced degree or industry designation—a plus)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in property claims management within the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Deep technical expertise in claims in workers comp and DBA Claims and litigation management
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to drive change and support organizational growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to interact at all levels internally and externally
  • High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and sound decision-making ability
  • Proficient with modern claims systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite
