Role OverviewDitsch is seeking an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for food, creativity, and customer experience to help build and grow our newest location inside Jungle Jim's International Market.
What You Will Do
Develop new menu items, lead daily operations, manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs, drive sales growth, and participate in profit-sharing.

Requirements
- Culinary, Hospitality, or Food Service degree preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible foodservice hours, primarily afternoons and evenings
- Passion for customer service, guest engagement, and team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in menu innovation and business growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Comfortable taking ownership of operational and financial performance
- ServSafe Certification preferred (training and certification can be provided)
