Role OverviewThe Head Start Custodian will maintain Head Start buildings and grounds, provide transportation support, and support program operations as needed. The role requires a dependable individual to create clean, safe spaces for children to learn and families to feel welcome.
What You Will Do
Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, and common areas, assist with facility maintenance and supply organization, safely transport children to and from program locations, serve as a bus monitor when assigned, and maintain safe and sanitary environments for children and staff.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Related custodial or maintenance experience
- CDL required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and TB test
