Role OverviewThe Head Varsity Girls Basketball Coach will lead the program in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and expectations of Lake Country Christian School. The Head Coach is responsible for the overall direction of the girls basketball program, including spiritual leadership, player development, team culture, competitive performance, communication, and program administration.
What You Will Do
The Head Coach will model Christ-like leadership, develop student-athletes who compete with toughness, discipline, confidence, and integrity, and oversee the Middle School division of the sport. They will also be responsible for disciplining, instructing, and actively praying for students, reinforcing a Biblical Worldview in every workplace interaction, and conducting a LCCS youth summer camp for the sport.

Requirements
- Excellent technology skills for working with iPads/computers/Apple TVs/etc.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Personal commitment to continuing professional development
- Membership in good standing of a Bible believing church
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of volleyball at the varsity level
- Head Coaching experience
- At least 5 years of coaching experience at the High School level or in a leadership role
- Proven experience discipling and mentoring students on and off the field
