Role OverviewThe Health and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures related to Resident care. They supervise and assist in the provision of all Resident services, including coordinating services provided by independently contracted health care providers.
What You Will Do
Conduct assessments, negotiate service plans, develop service schedules, and update service information as needed. Assist in Social History Assessments and outline life enrichment programming.
