Role Overview

As a Health Architecture Principal, you will guide the overall direction of the Health sector in the local region and be part of the #1 Healthcare team in the industry. You will focus on developing and winning new business relationships/opportunities with health organizations and related institutions in the local and regional market. You will oversee health projects in a leadership role and participate in sector management as part of the local leadership team.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include managing health sector goals, collaborating with health sector leadership, growing the local health sector team, building client relationships, demonstrating local leadership, and representing and advancing the firm. You will also coordinate business development and marketing efforts, lead proposal writing, and oversee project delivery responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 15 years related experience
  • A minimum 7 years project management experience
  • Registered Architect
  • Must have experience on large-scale projects
  • Must be able to lead a team on projects and make client presentations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
  • Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to travel
