Job Description
Health Care Associate Attorney position at a leading Am Law firm, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated health care regulatory and transactional matters.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience
  • Prior law firm experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks
  • Experience drafting and negotiating health care-related contracts and agreements
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington, DC, or eligible for prompt admission through waiver
