Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Health Care Associate Attorney to join a growing and highly regarded Health Care practice at a leading Am Law firm. This opportunity is available in Chicago, Minneapolis, or Washington, DC. The position offers the opportunity to work across offices and practice groups on sophisticated health care regulatory and transactional matters.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of health care regulatory and/or transactional experience
  • Prior law firm experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks
  • Experience drafting and negotiating health care-related contracts and agreements
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing in Illinois, Minnesota, or Washington, DC, or eligible for prompt admission through waiver
