Job Description
The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and functional environment throughout the spa and fitness areas, providing exceptional five-star service to guests, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Complete daily opening and closing duties for the fitness center and spa.
  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with check-in at the wet facility area.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, process any F&B sales to guest bill, payments, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and training courses as set out by Spa Management.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by Spa Management.
