The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is seeking a Health/Human Services Case Manager II to ensure actions proposed by DSS and DMMA are correct and in accordance with applicable regulations. The position involves conducting research, coordinating corrections, writing summary reports, communicating to internal/external stakeholders, and representing the agency in administrative hearings.

Requirements

  • Six months' experience in case management
  • Six months' experience in making recommendations as part of a client's service plan
  • Six months' experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Six months' experience in using an automated information system
  • Six months' experience in narrative report writing
