This position may supervise multiple Human Services and Housing programs, training and development, and interface with multiple county divisions to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency.
What You Will Do
The position oversees the CalWORKs Cash Programs units, the Business Advantage Network (BAN) unit, and the CalWORKs Employment Services unit. The position leads program staff engaging customers to access critical resources and services, including housing, education, and training.

Requirements
- Five years of increasingly responsible clinical and/or administrative experience in a health or human services or environmental health agency, including at least two years of supervisory responsibility
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Designated positions may require major course work in specified and concentrated areas of study
