Friendship is looking for a Full-Time Health Information Management Clerk to join our Friendship Health and Rehab team, located in Roanoke, VA.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with inter-department personnel and other facility departments
  • Organize medical records per established guidelines from licensing and regulatory agencies
  • Create, assemble, check, collect, file and scan information to resident charts timely and accurately
  • Maintain tracking log to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
