Job Description
Founded in 1966, Friendship offers diverse senior living accommodations, award-winning care, new and innovative services, as well as specialized rehab and therapy, to over 1,500 residents and patients each day. Friendship is looking for a Full-Time Health Information Management Clerk to join our Friendship Health and Rehab team, located in Roanoke, VA.
Requirements
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with inter-department personnel and other facility departments
Organize medical records per established guidelines from licensing and regulatory agencies
Create, assemble, check, collect, file and scan information to resident charts timely and accurately
Maintain tracking log to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
