Requirements
- Licensed health insurance agent or broker
- Actively sold Medicare Advantage plans during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
- Work as an independent agent, agency owner/principal, agency-employed, or tele-sales agent
- Based in the United States
- Comfortable providing voice-recorded responses with access to a microphone and a quiet environment
- Able to independently complete a ~20-minute online survey
