Job Description
This individual will have the unique opportunity to be a part of a large brand in the US market as a Health Information Technology Specialist. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure that the brand is seamlessly incorporated into EHR systems at priority accounts.

Requirements

  • Identify potential gaps/barriers within EHR systems at priority IDN's & Health Systems
  • Problem solve and provide solutions align resources to develop comprehensive plans by priority accounts
  • Act as matrix team Health IT subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete needs assessment with Institutional customers in order to address patient safety gaps in the EHR
  • Assist customers in addressing their EHR systems to address their gaps
  • Have a strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a matrix organization effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate knowledge of the market and competitive landscape into executable plans
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and efficiently is required
  • Proven project management experience
  • Previous B2B experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
