Job Description
The Health Planning Administrator 3 assists the Bureau Chief in the development and implementation of the unit budget by monitoring the federal Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) grant for HIV and STIs. Additional duties include planning, directing, and managing all administrative aspects pertaining to the Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) and Viral Hepatitis (Hepatitis) Client Services Prevention program.

Requirements

  • 5 yrs. exp. in planning and administering health programs, with experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file.
  • Completion of graduate core program in field of public health, health administration, preventive medicine, social work, nursing or other health-related field or public policy and management/public administration or business administration AND 2 yrs. exp. in planning and administering health programs, with education and experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file
  • 2 yrs. exp. as Health Planning Administrator 1, 65245, with experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file.
  • 12 mos. exp. as Health Planning Administrator 2, 65246, with experience to be commensurate with approved position description on file.
