Role Overview

Provides a broad range of safety, health, training, and compliance services to field operations and company leadership. Advances the prevention of occupational injuries through field observations and inspections, hazard identification, risk mitigation, training development and implementation, incident and close call investigation, safety data analysis, safety and operational assessments, application of industry best practices and advancements, etc. Monitors compliance with Federal, State, Local and Company regulations and procedures.

What You Will Do

May provide guidance to other team members on specific project or activities. Performs advanced KPI analysis and provides reports on performance and recommendations for corrective actions that drive necessary business improvements. Leads a wide range of duties associated with the investigation of Health and Safety, Environmental, and Operational incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field
  • 5 years occupational health and safety experience (Senior)
  • 2 years occupational health and safety experience (Staff)
  • Valid Driver's License
