Health, Safety & Training Systems Coordinator

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for KPA Flex
• Manage user access, including password resets, onboarding, and offboarding for contractors
• Support new hire and contractor onboarding within the system
• Troubleshoot system issues and serve as first-line help desk support for field users
• Maintain system data accuracy, including employee records, site structures, and asset alignment
• Support field adoption by assisting users with basic navigation, submissions, and system functionality
• Develop and publish Health, Safety, and Training Bulletins and Alerts
• Issue communications related to new or revised safety requirements, procedures, or operational changes
• Develop, update, and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERPs)
• Develop, update, and maintain Health, Safety, and Training procedures, standards, training materials, and associated forms
• Maintain document control, versioning, and accessibility across all locations
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and updating documentation accordingly
• Support alignment of documentation and processes with management system principles
• Support development and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Training Group dashboards and reports
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and project-specific Health, Safety, and Training reports
