Role OverviewWe are seeking a Health Services Manager - LPN to provide leadership for all resident care services and clinical operations within the community. The successful candidate will participate in resident assessments, move-ins, and service plan reviews, and maintain updated internal service plans to ensure seamless coordination between care teams.
What You Will Do
The Health Services Manager - LPN will oversee all medication delivery systems, verify physician orders, and review and resolve daily missed medication reports to ensure proper administration.

Requirements
- Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- 3+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
- Proficiency with EMRs, MARs, and Microsoft Office Suite, regulatory compliance, and medication management
- Strong working knowledge of state licensing survey processes
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing clinical teams
