Role OverviewThe Health System Physician Outreach Liaison position is responsible for all aspects of physician outreach for both inpatient and outpatient clinical activities. They serve to effectively facilitate communication among specialists and primary care physicians resulting in strong clinical partnerships and growing new patient volumes for the Health System.
What You Will Do
Identifies, proposes, and executes engagement within the clinical community to grow institutional initiatives. Develops and manages strong partnerships with external providers to assist in supporting project goals and objectives within an assigned geographic region.
