Job Description

The company is looking for an experienced Health Systems Business Development Manager to lead business development, sales, and consulting efforts to health systems and payers. The role requires a passion for mental health, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sales, business development, consulting, or comparable roles
  • Experience selling directly to health systems or working as a consultant with health systems is preferred
  • Tenacious and persistent
  • Skilled negotiator on business terms of a contract
  • Interested to better understand the workings of the US healthcare system
  • Passion for mental health
  • Intellectually curious
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights
