Lyra Health is a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally. The company is looking for an experienced Health Systems Business Development Manager to lead business development, sales, and consulting efforts to health systems and payers. The role requires a passion for mental health, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare system.
Requirements
5+ years experience in sales, business development, consulting, or comparable roles
Experience selling directly to health systems or working as a consultant with health systems is preferred
Tenacious and persistent
Skilled negotiator on business terms of a contract
Interested to better understand the workings of the US healthcare system
Passion for mental health
Intellectually curious
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights
