Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, experienced sales professional to play a key role in providing outreach for RT/DME, Nutrition, and Infusion service lines. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.
What You Will Do
The Outreach Representative will build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions. They will represent PHS at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a background in pediatric home care, infusion, nutrition, or DME services, and experience collaborating with hospitals, clinics, and case managers. They will have strong public speaking and group presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral outreach experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned territory
