Job Description
We are looking for a Health Operations Expert to design realistic healthcare workflows, grade agent performance, and build scenarios in areas like claims submission, denial appeals, and medical coding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or medical billing and coding
  • Working fluency in at least two of: ICD-10 / CPT coding, claims workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or HIPAA compliance
  • Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts
  • Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step
