Medica is a nonprofit health plan that serves communities in the Midwest. We're looking for a Healthcare Analyst IV to evaluate medical data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for focused decision making.

Requirements

  • Lead advanced analytics to support risk adjustment forecasting, revenue estimation, and performance monitoring
  • Support pricing and forecast assumptions by evaluating experience relative to benchmarks
  • Analyze medical cost trends and utilization drivers
  • Ensure alignment of metrics and definitions across Actuarial, Finance, and Analytics teams
