Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking a Healthcare Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm. The role focuses on advising and representing hospital medical staffs and peer review bodies in complex governance, regulatory, and patient safety matters throughout California.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of legal experience
  • Experience in healthcare law, regulatory matters, litigation, administrative law, employment law, or professional licensing
  • Admission to the California Bar (required)
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex factual and regulatory issues
