Job Description
The Healthcare Audit Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing client engagements, providing leadership to engagement teams, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Conducts compliance audits and monitoring reviews of subgrantees and contractors
  • Performs on-site and/or desk reviews of selected subgrants
  • Reviews documentation to evaluate compliance
  • Ensures compliance with Uniform Guidance and grant agreements
  • Evaluates programmatic and fiscal compliance
  • Conducts site visits for physical observation and documentation review
  • Prepares clear, comprehensive compliance monitoring and audit reports
  • Works collaboratively with internal staff and state agency representatives
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Oversees work and development of lower-level team members
  • Leads technical training
