Direct Counsel is seeking a Counsel – Healthcare to join a highly respected California-based law firm with a sophisticated healthcare practice. The role involves advising hospital medical staffs, healthcare executives, and institutional stakeholders on governance, credentialing, peer review, and bylaws compliance matters.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience practicing healthcare law or a related field
  • Strong experience in healthcare regulatory matters, litigation, administrative law, employment law, professional licensing, or complex counseling work
  • Prior experience with medical staff law, peer review, credentialing, or hospital governance strongly preferred
  • Admission to the California Bar required

Benefits
