Role OverviewThe Healthcare Data Analyst provides analytical and reporting support to internal and external stakeholders by transforming healthcare data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience analyzing healthcare, clinical, financial, operational, or population health data
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Databricks, and AI/ML technologies
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
