What You Will Do
Coordinate pre-admission and admission processes, provide support to patients and families, and participate in the center's IDT to assist with healthcare navigation needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Marketing, or related field
- Associate's degree in related field with three years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of long-term care admission requirements, advanced directives, and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Third Party reimbursement
