What You Will Do
Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of healthcare projects, cultivate and maintain strong healthcare client relationships, own project budgets and timelines, and manage financial performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including hospital design from concept through construction administration and systems commissioning
- Experience leading project teams as a project manager or project director on medium- to large-scale projects
- Proven leadership in mechanical design
- Client-focused, collaborative approach
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
