Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration, ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and code compliance. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
- Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
- Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
