Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Architect to lead healthcare and institutional projects from early planning through construction. You will be a key member of the team, coordinating design, documentation, and delivery while mentoring junior staff.

What You Will Do

Lead projects from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration, ensuring design quality, technical rigor, and code compliance. Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program.
  • Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience in an architectural practice, with significant time spent as a project architect or project lead.
  • Proficiency in Revit; experience with other visualization or coordination tools (e.g., Enscape, Bluebeam, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
