Performs full life cycle recruiting to support Skilled Nursing/Health Care Centers focusing on clinical and non-clinical positions. Partners with hiring managers on position strategy and candidate requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One (1) year of previous high volume recruiting experience, 5+ years preferred
  • One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems, 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
  • One (1) year of high-volume recruiting. Healthcare a plus
