Healthcare Regional Director Operations

Requirements

• Provide steady leadership, both internally and externally, in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines
• Develop and implement day-to-day operational systems and/or services for Practice partnerships
• Lead the operational launch of payer/partner relationships
• Analyze data and reports for operational and financial insights, trends, and regional market opportunities
• Partner with central operations to implement innovative pilot efforts and/or partnership with new strategic partners/arrangements
• Manage team of regional clinical operations staff
