Healthcare Staffing Account Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare staffing sales or related healthcare sales
• Proven track record of building and managing a book of business
• Established relationships within nursing homes, SNFs, or hospital systems preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing models (full-time, contract, per diem)
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong closing ability
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
