Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is looking for attorneys or law school graduates to serve as Hearing Officers for unemployment hearings. The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of court proceedings and be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration. Work can be performed from any city in Texas.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited law school approved by the American Bar Association
  • Experience in holding Unemployment Insurance Appeal Hearings
  • Experience as a Licensed Attorney in any US Court
  • Experience operating Computers and Office Software
