Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Advanced Heart Failure team in a dedicated consult role. This position focuses on expert evaluation and management of patients with complex and decompensated heart failure and heart transplanted patients in the acute care setting.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in nursing
  • Completion of accredited Advanced Practice Education Program
  • Current applicable life support certification(s)
  • Texas State Board of Nursing authorization for prescriptive authority
  • 1 year relevant clinical experience (preferred)
