Job Description
NSK Corporation is seeking a Heat Treat Engineer to design and oversee heat treatment processes to improve material properties and durability. The role involves monitoring production plans, ensuring safe operation, and managing processes in the HT area. The engineer will work with the team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heat treatment engineering or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with operational and support staff
  • Knowledge of heat treatment processes and materials
  • Ability to design and implement process improvements using continuous improvement tools, design tools, or statistical control tools
