Job Description
Heat Treat Machine Operator 3rd Shift job involves operating and maintaining setups for conventional, special purposes, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate and assemble both metallic and nonmetallic components. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in quality and problem-solving tools such as PPAP, capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, PLC, and test stand applications, along with the ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
