Role OverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Heat Treat Maintenance Technician II to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, and supporting Heat Treat operations.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections, support and maintain Heat Treat equipment and systems, diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime, replace components, assist with equipment installation, setup, and emergency repairs.

3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment, knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, ability to work independently and prioritize repairs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environment
- Heat Treat maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Understanding of LOTO and industrial safety practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work
