Role OverviewWe are seeking a Heat Treat Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing heat treatment services on various industrial components, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Set up and operate heat treatment equipment to meet required specifications, monitor and adjust temperature controls, heating elements, and treatment cycles, and perform on-site heat treatment services.

Requirements
- Previous experience in heat treatment, industrial heating, or related fields

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in extreme temperatures or confined spaces
- High school diploma or GED
