Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and final repairs on all chillers and related equipment; troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and electrical control systems; inspect and repair various HVAC equipment.

Requirements

  • Accredited High School Diploma or USA equivalency
  • Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Universal Certification
  • HVAC trade school certification (preferred)
  • Class "A" or "B" HVAC certification (preferred)
  • Six (6) years of directly related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspection and minor repair of HVAC equipment and energy management systems
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Maintain a valid Texas Driver's License and driving record that meets District standards
