Job Description
Alpha Inc. is seeking Heavy Civil Laborers who take pride in their craft, respect the crew they work with, and want to build a long-term career in civil construction. The role supports major water infrastructure improvement projects and heavy civil infrastructure projects across Oahu, Hawaii.

Requirements

  • At least foundational experience in civil construction or a strong willingness to learn in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform work involving bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in trenches
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
  • Strong commitment to jobsite safety and following direction
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Clear communication skills and respect for the chain of command
  • A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are preferred
