Heavy Duty Cleaner 2nd Shift

The Heavy Duty Cleaner 2nd Shift is responsible for providing clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, pots, and equipment to guests and team members, adhering to Health Department regulations and company standards. The role involves learning and being familiar with all of Belterra Park's room outlets, Stewarding functions, and answering general questions regarding the property. The Heavy Duty Cleaner 2nd Shift must anticipate guest needs and respond with a sense of urgency, while maintaining daily cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine.

What You Will Do

Deliver internal and external guest service, wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans, place clean dishes in storage areas, sort and remove trash, clean garbage cans, clean, mop, and sweep the entire kitchen area, assist cooks and kitchen staff, and complete knowledge of all chemicals and cleaners.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 6 months experience directly related to the accountabilities specified or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
