Role OverviewThe Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for deep cleaning, heavy-duty equipment operation, and sanitation of casino, hotel, and kitchen areas. This role supports overall cleanliness and safety by operating industrial cleaning machines, maintaining back-of-house kitchen environments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, Health Department, and company standards.
What You Will Do
Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas, clean and sanitize high-use back-of-house areas, remove grease buildup, perform scheduled deep-cleaning projects, maintain cleanliness of casino floors and public areas, transport and dispose of trash and recyclables, and refill chemical bottles.
