Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty equipment. The role involves both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs in the field and workshop, ensuring the machinery remains in optimal working condition.

Requirements

  • Conduct thorough inspections of heavy-duty equipment
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess and pinpoint mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical problems
  • Perform repairs on major equipment components
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake servicing, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication
  • Travel to job sites as required to provide on-site troubleshooting and repairs for equipment
  • Analyze and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
  • Collaborate with other mechanics or supervisors to solve difficult or uncommon technical problems
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations when working with heavy-duty machinery, tools, and hazardous materials
