Job Description
ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor seeking a Heavy Equipment/Crane Operator to support the CLOIS contract at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations, possess a current Florida class A CDL license and NCCA or ANSI accredited CCO mobile crane certification.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent with specialized training related to mobile crane and Heavy Equipment operations.
  • Five years related experience within the past six years and currently working in the trade.
  • Possession of a current “Secret” security clearance or National Agency Check with Information (NACI) is highly desired.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a “Secret” Security Clearance. US Citizenship required for obtaining a security clearance.
  • Prior military service and/or experience on Government O&M Contracts.
  • Specialized training related to mobile crane operations.
  • Must hold/maintain the following certifications:
  • Crane - Lattice Boom Carrier/Outrigger
  • Crane - Telescoping Boom 21 - 75 Tons and Crane
  • Crane - Telescoping Boom over 75 Tons
  • Able to effectively communicate, both written and verbal in English.
