Role OverviewEmpire technicians are the lifeline to our clients, working on Caterpillar machinery. This role performs required equipment lubrication and maintenance operations at client job sites, inspecting equipment professionally and selling lubrication services when called upon. The position is part of a third-generation, family-owned organization with 100+ openings across 30+ locations in Arizona, Nevada, and parts of Eastern California.
What You Will Do
Perform field lubrication and inspection duties with focus on safety, accuracy, and economy. Help plan and control lube and preventative maintenance jobs, assist lead in analyzing client requirements, and alert parties about potential parts, service, or sales opportunities. Write accurate equipment condition reports, prepare service reports, and process oil cards with proper quantities and types of oil used.

Candidates should have at least six months of related experience in a similar role and environment, with strong preference for five years heavy equipment technician experience in a dealership. Must own and maintain required personal tools, have a valid driver's license, and be able to communicate in English. The role offers a salary range of $18.90 - $34.14 per hour and requires a safety-first mindset.
