Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Yard Associate to support daily operations in a busy structural steel manufacturing and fabrication environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting, staging, and organizing steel materials throughout the yard using powered industrial equipment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating telehandlers, forklifts, or related heavy equipment in an industrial, steel, or construction setting
  • Ability to safely handle large and heavy steel materials
  • Familiarity with reading material tags, blueprints, or fabrication drawings preferred
  • Understanding of safe rigging and load handling practices
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
