Role OverviewWe are a Minnesota-based family-owned business looking for a 1st shift Tow Truck Driver at our Clearwater, MN location. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a CDL license, and a strong work ethic. This position involves heavy-duty towing, general knowledge/maintenance on heavy-duty diesel, and a strong work ethic.
What You Will Do
The essential duties include picking up and delivering customer vehicles, towing heavy-duty trucks & trailers, inspecting the overall condition of the truck, compiling inspection reports, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Requirements
- Great work ethic
- Willingness to jump in and help out where needed
- Attention to details
- Mechanical aptitude with basic electric diagnostic/troubleshooting experience or technical training
- Basic tool set and tool box for heavy truck repair (preferred)
- Required CDL, hazmat, tankers, air brakes, doubles, and triples
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 80-100 lbs. occasionally and 80-100 lbs. frequently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability and a dedication to be a hard worker
- Ability to work independently maintaining a safe, efficient, and friendly work environment
