Requirements

  • Build the HELOC underwriting department from inception through growth
  • Hire and manage direct reports to maximize productivity and ensure accurate lending decisions
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Manage HELOC pipeline to ensure quality loan decisions and drive profitability while managing risk
  • Partner with credit policy to refine lending policies and update procedures as needed
