Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Help Desk Services Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Manager to support the TSA Office of Information Technology (OIT). The ideal candidate will provide operational leadership for the Enterprise Service Desk and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a technical or management discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, service desk operations, or end-user services support
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing service desk teams or IT support operations in a large enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with End User Services (EUS) operations and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills
